USING GREEN BBQ BRIQUETTES :

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Place an all-natural firestarter in your barbecue pan.
Pour the briquettes into a charcoal chimney.
Light your starter and place your chimney on it
Wait for 10 to 15 minutes before pouring the briquettes out of the chimney into the barbecue pan. (Wear a heat-resistant glove when handling your charcoal chimney to avoid getting burnt.)

Once ignited, your Green Barbecue briquettes will burn for up to 4 hours. No need to keep adding more. 2 to 3 kg of briquettes is more than enough to grill for 10 guest. (Adjust the amount of charcoal you use to the size of your grill.)

. Extinguishing your barbecue: If your barbecue has a lid, put it on to starve the fire/embers of oxygen, and wait until the embers have cooled down completely before removing the ash. As a precautionary measure, spray the ash with water to prevent flare-ups. Never dispose of hot ash.
